Who uses sms or e-mail to rally people for opposition protests in Iran from now on faces rigorous punishment. According to the police, mobile networks and internet will be completely monitored from now on.“These individuals should not reckon that they can conceal their identity”, police chief Esmail Ahmadi Moghaddam is quoted by the semi-official news agency ISNA.
